6. Finance Owing and Encumbrances

If money is owed on a vehicle, we may:

• Delay settlement until clear title is available

Where title cannot be transferred lawfully, the transaction may be cancelled.

7. Payment for Purchased Vehicles

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for vehicles we purchase will usually be made by electronic funds transfer.

Payment timing may depend on:

Cash payments are not guaranteed and may be unavailable.
